Both Simon and Peter have the same values in life and both take pride in their honesty, integrity, knowledge and success. Their Police service has put them in good standing with Immigration New Zealand based upon their integrity and experience.
They are known for their extremely thorough documentation and "vetting" of candidates. They simply will not put forward a candidate who they are not confident in.

Peter Croxson (Dip. in NZ Policing)
Licensed Immigration Adviser
Peter is aged 57 years and has lived in Christchurch most of his life.
He joined the New Zealand Police in 1973 as a Cadet and was based in Christchurch throughout his policing career. He retired from the police in 2003 at the rank of Detective Sergeant, after heading the South Island Proceeds of Crime Unit.
Peter was then employed as a consultant with a large private New Zealand immgration company and relieved as the South Island Manager of this company for some time. He found that the detective skills that he had acquired over many years, including meticulous attention to detail, dovetailed perfectly into the immigration consultancy role.
In 2009 Peter was licensed by the New Zealand Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA). He holds a full licence which allows him to advise on all Immigration matters.

Simon Moore (Dip. in NZ Policing)
Licensed Immigration Adviser
Simon is aged 49 years and is married with 2 children. He also has lived in Christchurch most of his life.
He joined the New Zealand Police in 1983 as a Sworn officer. Two years later he transferred to the Criminal Investigation Branch in Christchurch. Simon moved through the ranks reaching the rank of Detective Sergeant in 1994. After working on many high profile cases he decided it was time to move on.
In 1999 Simon left the New Zealand Police to own and operate the Madeira Hotel in the tourist town of Akaroa. This business thrived under his ownership and was sold two years later.
Simon was then employed as a consultant with a large private New Zealand immgration company and a short time later he was promoted to the South Island Manager of the newly formed South Island Branch.
In 2003 Simon again returned to the Hotel industry, operating a large hotel in the tourist town of Hanmer Springs.
In 2009 Simon was licensed by the New Zealand Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA). He holds a full license which allows him to advise on all Immigration matters.
Rhonda Kennett - Administrator
Rhonda is a 42 year old married mother of two boys. Rhonda was born in Christchurch and went to school here. She has lived in both New Zealand and Australia.
Rhonda went to Christchurch Polytechnic and completed a course in Secretarial and Business Studies before joing the Christchurch Police as a Shorthand Typist.
She then went to Newcastle in Australia and worked as a Typist for the Department of Public Works. She worked in Darwin as an Administrator at the Darwin Prison. She returned home to New Zealand in 1993 and started working at the Postgraduate Department of the Otago University Medical School based at the Christchurch Hospital. After having children Rhonda worked for her father who is a local Accountant.
Rhonda started working for NZ Immigration Experts in 2008 as their Administration Manager. She is usually the first person that our clients talk to when they call.

In 2005 Simon and Peter joined forces to form the 'M and C Consulting' group which specialises in New Zealand immigration. Whilst they have expertise in all aspects of Immigration policy, particularly "Skilled Migrant Category" cases, each has specialist areas where they excel (e.g. Peter with 'partnership' cases and Simon with 'business' applications) but they always use the "two heads are better than one" philosophy and double-check assessments to ensure no mistakes are ever made.
